Between 14:07 UTC and 14:40 UTC on April 22, 2019, a subset of our customers may have experienced an issue accessing the ICD Manager. During this time, customers were presented with a maintenance splash page.

We have remediated the underlying cause for the portal unavailability and the service is fully restored.
